1. I AUTHORIZED TO DO REPAIR OF MY PROBLEM AS DISCUSSED WITH ENGINEER AND I AGREE TO PAY THE AMOUNT AS PER QUOTATION. I CONFIRMED THAT I HAVE TAKEN ALL THE DATA ON MY BACKUP DISC AND WILL NO CLAIM FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA


2. MATERIAL RETURN ONLY AGAINST THIS MATERIAL RECEIPT


3. NO CLAIMS SHALL BE ENTERAINED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT,


4. ALL WORK RESPONSIBILITY BY CUSTOMER IF NOT REPAIRED MAY PROBLEM IS INCREASE,ALL REPAIRED WORK DONE AT OWNERS RISK. COMPANY WILL NOT RESPONISIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS


5. AFTER GIVEN ESTIMATE OF REPAIR 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE FURTHER REPAIR.


6. REPAIR ESTIMATE OF THE PARTS ARE SUSPECTED, IN CASE DURING REPAIR IF WE FIND SOME OTHER PROBLEMS WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW PROBLEM, WE WILL INTIMATE THE SAME THEN PROCESSED...


7. DARSHI INTECH WILL NOT RESPONISIBLE FOR A DAMAGE TO PRODUCT THAT OCCUR DURIG TEREPAIR PROCESS..
